All of our repair services come with a 60 days warranty. This excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage or if the device is opened whilst in your possession.
The warranty covers the service issues, which were fixed by shatterfix.com only.
Warranty doesn’t cover any breakage/damage caused by external environment after the device has been delivered.
Under the warranty claim, we will attempt a re-repair on your device twice after the initial repair. Even if after the re-repair, the device is still faulty, we will issue a refund (except shipping and handling costs). The refund will be credited to original mode of payment within 7-10 working days. Please note that rhe amount of refund will be solely assessed at ShatterFix's discretion after the complete inspection of your device and case to case basis.
