At ShatterFix, we work on providing a quick and hassle-free service to our customers. In most cases, we deliver back the device in 3-7 days after the pickup is done; however this can be subject to delays if there is a complication or additional parts are required. If there is a delay due to any reason, we will keep you fully informed. Please note the comany does not offer any refunds or compensation owing to the delays caused.

Most of the parts we use are sourced from Original Equipment Manufacturers. In some cases where we get OEM quality at a better price from some other supplier, we do use them. Rest assured, all the parts are quality tested to ensure highest quality repair at cheapest possible prices for our clients.

If you wish to cancel your repair, you must do this before you send the device, and your order will be fully refundable. Once we have received the device and depending on the repairs that need to be carried out, we may not be able to cancel, however, if we can, an additional postage charge shall be deducted from your repair cost.
