How does the pickup and drop service work once the order is received at ShatterFix ?

• After you confirm your booking, we get your device picked up from the given address, repair it to perfection and then deliver it safely back to your address.
• We have a centralized service center in Gurgaon and have tied up with India's most reliable logistic partners for pickup and delivery services.
• We provide free pickup and drop services in almost 16,000 pin codes across India.

The process is as follows:

1. Once your order is confirmed we will mail you pickup instructions to your registered email.

2. You have to keep your device in any box. 

3. Our pickup partner executive reaches your pickup address within 24-48 hours depending on your location for pickup.

4. We will update you once your device reaches us. Technicians at ShatterFix perform the required repair, test your device completely and safely dispatch it back to your address.

What are the pickup and delivery charges ?

Pickup and Delivery is completely free of cost. There are no additional charges for pickup/drop service. The price you see on the website is the total amount you pay.

How much time does it take for pickup, repair and delivery back to my doorstep ?

For most of the repair services, the estimated turn around time for the entire process, including pickup, repair, and delivery will take 2-5 days depending on your location.
