Before sending your device to ShatterFix for repair it is advisable to take proper backup of your data. Our repairs are carried out in a professional manner but we do not take responsibility for any accidental loss of your data. We advise that all sim cards, memory cards and accessories are taken off the device before sending to us for repair as we will not be liable for any loss of data or accessories. Please note that we may need to update the software of your device to carry out the repair correctly in certain cases.
By sending your mobile device to ShatterFix, you agree to release us from all claims, damages or losses with respect to the mobile device, any data stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with the mobile device (This could be in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any sensitive data is removed from the mobile device before sending the device to ShatterFix.
ShatterFix follows proper protocols and security checks to ensure safe transit of devices during the pickup & delivery process. In case of any untoward incident of loss of a device, the grievances team of the company will immediately start the investigation and will provide a resolution within 10-15 working days. If we are unable to trace the missing device, the company will provide monetary compensation to the customer based on the current market value of the device after factoring in its depreciation, physical conditon, and other parameters. The amount of compensation (if any) will be solely decided by the company capped at an upper limit of 25,000 INR.
At ShatterFix, we work on providing a quick and hassle-free service to our customers. In most cases, we deliver back the device in 3-7 days after the pickup is done; however this can be subject to delays if there is a complication or additional parts are required. The company does not offer any refunds or compensation owing to the delays caused.
The material/information on ShatterFix's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. ShatterFix Business Services Pvt Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ShatterFix’s liability in respect of any order placed by the User through the Website shall be limited to the value of the concerned order only.
ShatterFix has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ShatterFix of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Under the warranty claim, we will attempt a re-repair on your device twice after the initial repair. Even if after the re-repair, the device is still faulty, we will issue a refund (except shipping and handling costs). The refund will be credited to original mode of payment within 7-10 working days. Please note that rhe amount of refund will be solely assessed at ShatterFix's discretion after the complete inspection of your device and case to case basis.
